overall experience. staff was great, cafe was great, room was great. great value. there were cheaper places but a lot dodgier and not as nice as this amazing art hotel. woild definitely stay here again.

The room was fairly clean, the room had no air ventilation unless you left the main door open, the aircon was leaking which wet the floor, aircon was not cold enough, had to remind reception to return our laundry after almost 24 hours from time we gave our laundry. Staff were friendly.
