"Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again."

"The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, and very well furnished and equipped. Everything that we wanted, or reasonably could have wanted was already in the apartment. The apartment benefits from being on the hillside about 1km inland from the main coast road, so is relatively quiet and peaceful and has fabulous, panoramic views of the sea, Gibraltar, and across to Africa. When we checked in the lady who handed over the keys gave us a comprehensive guide to local supermarkets and places to eat which was super helpful. One word if advice would be that you really must have a car because there are no facilities within walking distance. If returning to the area, we would definitely stay here again if it’s available."

"I initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow. Let’s just say that the hotel is not as advertised. There are no bars, no restaurant, no reception. The place is a mess. The first apartment we were shown was insecure, the window to a common hallway would not lock. We are now on a 1st floor with a TV which does not work, there is no air conditioning."
