"Dans un premier temps la réception n'a pas trouvé notre réservation, puis nous a informé qu'il ne restait plus de chambre supérieure et n'avait pas vu que nous avions reservé 2 chambres..... Notre salle de bain n'avait pas de lavabo, une vitre donnait sur le couloir allumé toute la nuit, l' établissement ..."
