Went in to have dinner and the restaurant was totally empty and two waiters were looking at their phones and didn’t pay any attention to customers. I had to go out and ask where to sit etc. They kept talking to each other and didn’t take orders"

They have no bathrobe if u ask one you will not get one their spa you have to bring cash or you have to go downstairs to pay first than bring your receipt thats the only way you will get service. Breakfast was cheap and not good selection Only thing is good about this hotel was staff thats all"

"We wanted to stay near the airport and this was only 10 minutes easy drive away. In many was just as good as the airport hotel for half the price. And in addition there was an excellent breakfast included. Of course there was some noise from aircraft but this was less than we had expected."

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...
