"This was an incredible place to stay. It was so nice to have an apartment style hotel room for a reasonable price. It is centrally located so we could walk to most destinations we wanted to visit in Liverpool. It was also quiet and had an amazing view. The staff were very helpful anytime we needed anything. I would love to stay here again."

"The hotel is great for a quick trip to Liverpool and is in a great downtown location. It’s not well signposted and being downtown there’s lots of city noise. However we’ll come back again for the space and the massive breakfast!"

"It’s the 3rd time I have stayed here . Ideal location takes about 15 minutes to walk to Liverpool one . The apartment was nice and clean . The bed is comfortable. Hairdryer iron etc and self catering facilities to use . I will definitely return good value for money . The staff are great too 🙂"

"The apartment was in the Cavern quarter and as stated it was noisy, sometimes up until 0430 but this didnt spoil our stay. The only thing missing was a bedside lamp in the bedroom"

"I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause...

"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"Really lovely location. Super central Very open a spacious. I got it for me and my partner for the evening while visting friends. But could have easily had some children or another couple with us. The site was very clean, everthing was what we needed for the stay. Very happy overall, would stay at and use again "

"The suite was everything we expected and more. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. My only suggestion is to make the hotel sign more visible as you can’t see it at all when driving down the one way street. Also, sending the parking directions and codes beforehand would have been a great help. Otherwise, very comfortable, great location and lovely apartment. "

"First time at Terlon, our usual haunt round the corner was full. Previous reviews were mixed, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was definitely ok, a few piccy things that could have been better, such as a tea towel, ovenware and larger towels, but all in all, minor grumbles, and it was pleasant."

"A very good, central location and Ray who met me was excellent. The layout of the apartment was great. The only minor issues, were the lack of any hand soap and the pillows, which which were a little past their best. But I would recommend a stay there."

Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

Exceptional service, great hotel!

"Beautiful hotel, professional, courteous, friendly staff. Even had a courtesy call days ahead of the stay to enquire about any special requests or questions, that's exceptional service! Room outstanding with a seating area. Dinner lovely. Only slight comment that the breakfast food wasn't hot enough but not enough of an issue to not give this establishment 5 stars. Will definitely book again. Thank you Titanic!"
