Pleasant stay for both business & pleasure
Comfy hotel in industrial area of Mannheim, quiet place, very good communication to the city centre. Spacious room with spacious bathroom, tasty breakfast, very clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Very pleasant stay & good sleep. Definitely worth visiting again when in the area.

Impossible to a decent shower in a modern hotel
It was impossible to take a shower in this hotel without spraying water all over the place. Water would drip off the shower walls onto the floor causing to flood the floors. Horrible situation in an otherwise modern hotel.

We had some time when we were seeing friends to catch up on American news. The papers in the room described several English stations. None worked. We talked to three different staff about this and all said they would either look in to it, only CNN worked or they had no idea! Frustrating. Otherwise okay.

Terrible place for anything but a short stay
The hotel staff kept me waiting at the checkin counter for 10 minutes while she yakked on the phone. Charged me for two days of breakfast and only gave me one day of coupon. She was rude and unhelpful about nearby locations to eat or sight see.
