"The staff here is wonderful. It was a special trip for our family after a tough year and we went to celebrate with an ocean view room. They had some circumstances causing them to need to change our room and they ended up upgrading us to a larger ocean view room. We were so grateful for this time as a family and we appreciated everything the staff did to make sure our time there was special. "
"Property appeared to be older but well maintained. Was listed as a house but I would describe it as a townhouse. Kitchen was well equipped and unit was well supplied. I would have given the check in process 5 stars but two days prior to check in I received a notification that I had to provide additional personal information to a third party over and above what I had already given to Grand Welcome. The reservation had already been confirmed and I thought I was done with the check in procedure. This was a surprise and a little irritating. It would not have been such a big deal if I had received the request earlier or been advised by Grand Welcome it was coming. Otherwise, check in was very smooth. On the positive side, on about the third morning, the shower head in the master bath fell off. I texted Grand Welcome about the problem and they had it fixed the same day. I thought that was impressive. All in all, a nice stay, quiet neighborhood, and an overall good experience. "
