The outside of the property needs updating too. The room were nice and updated. Stingy on the toiletteries , shampoo and conditioner were use and half bottles, the paper toilet was half a roll. The breakfast was limited.

We were in Bellville for my granddaughter’s wedding. Our stay at Days Inn was very nice. I had told them my husband had COPD and couldn’t walk far. We were placed in a room that had handicapped parking outside the door. Room was clean and we were close to the dining area for breakfast.

The room was very new. The outside does not look like the inside. Outside looks run down. Broken glass at the front. But room was great and new. The orange juice was spoiled on the breakfast. But was quickly fixed. No body on the desk when I checked out

Property doesn't appear like much from the outside. But, it's been freshly redone. My visit is Aug 2024. The room was up to date with everything. Very nice. Breakfast is the cold breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereal, milk, danish, etc.

The outside of the hotel did not match the rooms. Rooms aren't completely renovated. Comfortable bed, large Roku TV, refrigerator, microwave, desk with light, lots of outlets and rainshower head in shower! We enjoyed our one night stay. Outside needs updating and area around hotel needs to be cleaned.up (very weedy and junk around) I would recommend this hotel.

Favorable Reviews Did not Reflect Reality
I chose the Days Inn based on reviews. My experience did not reflect the favorable reviews. Firstly, getting to the hotel was somewhat difficult. You can only enter the hotel from one direction. Otherwise, you will need to make a left into the gas station, leave the gas station and then a right into the hotel. I was given a quiet corner room. The room was indeed quiet but did not contain a functional window. Yes, there was a window but 90% of the window was obstructed by drywall and siding. The other 10% was blocked by the stairway leading to the second floor. The room was mostly clean and recently renovated. The bathroom fan vent was not intact with the ceiling and was just hanging by the wire connectors. If I had a pair of needle nose pliers I could have easily corrected the vent placement but, why should I have to do that? The room seemed to have a constant supply of small gnats that I could not determine from where they came. Possibly from the same vent mentioned above. The free breakfast consisted of cold boiled eggs, cereal, muffins and fruit (banana, orange and apple) every morning. The breakfast also included fruit juice and coffee. Not my idea of a real breakfast. The fitness room consisted of a treadmill and two elliptical machines in a small room without windows. The only good I can say about this hotel is that the location was convenient for Bellville and the room was newly renovated. If I'm in the area again I will choose to stay at a different hotel.

This property was an amazing surprise. My husband and I were coming back from a very long road trip. We just wanted a place to stay. This hotel was reasonably priced, so we chose it as a place to sleep. However, it ended up being the best hotel of our trip. The rooms are remodeled and the beds are heavenly. Don't let the property itself scare you away. The outside does not meet the inside. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through town or staying close. It is a diamond in the rough.
