"it just needs a little updating, the kitchen drawer was broke, it was clean, all of the soap dispensers were empty. it was very spacious, loved the layout, I asked for a late checkout and they gave it to me. when I checked in the door code did not work, I saw an employee and he helped me then they messaged with a new code. staff and cleanliness were great, just really needs updated. "

"This was our first stay at a B&B and I don't believe we could have made a better choice. The house was lovely, inside and out, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was scrumptious and the time to sit around the table and visit with the other guests and our hosts was time well spent. "Not having used a non-hotel lodging arrangement before, we were cautious about staying in one. I chose this property based on the attractive pictures and excellent reviews, which did not disappoint. The property was so cute and exactly as the pictures show - very clean and well decorated, with older home charm. We liked the location, the area was quiet and walkable to downtown Manteo, and just a quick drive to Nags Head attractions. We enjoyed this more than a generic hotel and felt we got more...
