For the price it is good, it’s clean. The staff is nice, when you talk to them if not they don’t say a word. It did need some repairs and maybe some upgrades in the showers. You can not swim in the beach (not safe) but they do have a clean pool.

The property is larger than I thought. Check in was quick. English speaking staff were very obliging. Restaurants vary from outdoor, courtyard, formal dining room. Large swimming pool on the ocean. Located close to bus stops to take you downtown, wallmart, home depot, Sam's, restaurants, etc. We stayed on the property except 1 trip downtown. Room was newly furnished and clean. Tables by the pool to sit and enjoy sunsets and the freighters. This is where we will return when visiting Manzanillo next year.

Dated property and had to fight to get the room we paid for (with a balcony), with staff demanding extra money be paid directly to the hotel, not Expedia. Beach is too steep for swimming with powerful undertow. We were kept awake until 6 am with a loud party on our floor, screaming people, slamming doors. Housekeeping staff was great. A/C was loud. Good location for restaurants, beach walks, whale watching.

A very nice hotel if a little worn. Centrally located with a nice beach, although most of the time swimming is not advised because of the heavy surf. You might not want to get a room facing the ocean if the pounding of the waves keeps you awake at night.

Great people, great location, many options for dining, the hotel is outdated but they are trying their best to keep it well maintained, the only downside I found is by the beach, there was red flags, and I believe this goes all year round due to the seashore being uneven

I’m not fully satisfied with the location. It said it was beachfront which I assumed we could go to the beach there but it wasn’t allowed since it is beach front in an area where swimming is not allowed because it’s deep waters.
