The photos on the website looked better than the reality. I worked in a hotel in the late 90s and the hallway brought me right back. It has the look and smell of that. I was offered $16 credit per day for food and drinks by being a silver member, but since the restaurant was out of service, they could not honour that. Instead I was given a bottle of wine for my 5 days of stay.

The only downside is no housekeeping but other than that everything else is great! Perfect for short stay.

Likes: The Paradox Hotel Vancouver boasts a prime location, with plenty of walkable shopping and dining options right around the corner. The hotel’s restaurant serves delicious food, making it a great choice for a convenient meal. I was particularly impressed by the turndown service, which added a nice touch of comfort to our stay. The bathroom features heated floors, a wonderful luxury that feels amazing underfoot. Dislikes: While the overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor hiccups. The wait for our meal at the hotel restaurant was a bit longer than expected, which detracted from the otherwise smooth experience. Additionally, the toilet paper quality didn’t quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel amenities.

Lovely hotel located in the midst of everything! Great restaurant in the hotel And a wonderful Italian place across the street. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. With wonderful ambiance! Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place with everything you need. We felt like we were living in a condo during our stay. Would definetly recommend this property. Looking forward to staying at other Level facilities.
