"Didn't like that the office was locked at 5am when I came for coffee on 1/24/25. She said the office didn't open until 6am. I told the clerk the office had been open previous days before 6am. I came back later with the hotel brochure, which showed that coffee was available 24 hours. I suggested an update and she was unapologetic and didn't concede to the discrepancy. She may have thought I was rude though kindly as I could was stating the facts. Everyone else was super! Like the artistic theme of the hotel "
