"We had a great time at the house. The fireplace made us filing home. The view was fantastic. We spend most of our days skiing in winterberg which is just 40 minutes drive away. If we have a chance we will come back again."

Vor dem Haus steht ein Automat, in dem man sich mit Kaffee, Eiern, Wurst, Milch, Getränken und Suppen aus lokaler Produktion versorgen kann. Schän für einige wenige Tage."

"Geschmackvolles Apartment, hell, ruhig, zentral. Bequemes Bett und Bettsofa, wertige Handtücher. Die Dachterrasse ist klasse. Auch die Kirchenglocken in der Umgebung haben sehr rücksichtsvoll geläutet ;). Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

9 Day Wonderful Stay in Gießen, Germany.

"The hotel was amazing, great location, accessible to a bus line and amazing neighborhood grocery store, and local restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options each day. I am vegetarian and the food was fresh. Most importantly all of the staff was remarkable and the cost was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the Gießen area."

"The hotel looks like a tiny hamlet of old farm buildings which have recently been renovated. A definite rustic feel to it. Parking is 100 m in front of the hamlet. Hotels.com failed to list this hotel as having a restaurant. As such I ate junk food on the way to the hotel, only to find the perfect restaurant for me. I made space for a delicious salmon salad and wonderful glass of Riesling! The room was good and I slept very well. The only missing utility which I always need as a business traveller, was a desk. I suspect, this would also effect females needing a dressing table. I was shown an alternative room with a tiny glass table. Anyway, it didn't spoil my stay. Wonderful staff. Not too expensive. Great hotel and I would definitely stay again."
