Charming, unique villa with a large, private outdoor pool and overhead sunlight all year round. Perfect for groups of friends wishing a quiet getaway to Spain. Beautiful sea views from the upstairs bedrooms.

Within walking distance from a large supermarket.
The villa is a short drive or 20 minute walk from the beach. 15 minutes by car from Marbella town, where you can find plenty of restaurants and buzzing nightlife.

Large garden with an 18 foot pool.

Private, gated parking as well as on-street parking - plenty of space for multiple cars.

The villa's interiors are all open-plan and marble, with clean, whitewashed walls and chic interior design.
There are three bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms, each with its own bath, shower, toilet and biday.

The upstairs bedrooms both have private terraces with views of the sea and birds-eye views over the pool. Each bedroom offers plenty of drawer and cupboard space.

There are two dining tables, one indoors, one outdoors, fully equipped.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and amenities, including microwave, gas cooker, oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

50th celebration
The property is very run down. It would be lovey if upgraded. The property was not clean, we spent time cleaning so we could use certain areas. Also kitchen very ill-equipped. And finally missing bedroom remote control for air conditioning which was very uncomfortable. A shame. We want refund on cleaning thank you.

Disappointing Experience
First off, the house itself is spacious and would have been the perfect place if it was clean and in working order. My family and I spent over 4 hours cleaning the floors, washing sheets, and hosing off dirt. Not exactly the way you want to spend the first hours of your vacation. We arrived to bugs in beds and a non-working toilet downstairs. We booked this home for 10 days so in an effort to inform the property manage and owner, I ended up messaging and/or speaking with them almost daily. Again, not what one wants to be doing on their vacation.

We were 6 guys that rented this property for a week. The outdoor facilities were great and we didn’t spend much time inside, however, the rooms were clean and it was a nice addition to have a private bathroom connected to each of the three rooms. Can definitely recommend

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr großzügig. Jedes Schlagzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Außenanlagen war sehr groß mit Lounge und Abendessen Location, Pool super. Alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem schön.

Sehr gute Lage!
Wir haben in dieser Finca 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Mit dem Mietauto ist man gleich bei verschiedenen Stränden. Unser Lieblingsstrand:Bei der Strandbar Sinbad. Der Poolmann war sehr bemüht und freundlich☺️. Im Aussenberreich wirkt es auf den Bildern noch viel schöner. Da könnte man 😉a bisschen auffrischen. Neue Töpfe und Pfannen wären auch nicht schlecht😉. Das Reinigungspersonal hat anscheinend 😉das untere Bad vergessen zu reinigen🙈. Sonst war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub in dieser Gegend. Das Haus ist zum Weiterempfehlen👍👍👍👍👍

Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit! Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Poolanlage. Perfekt für 6 Personen. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, außerdem wurden Bettzeug und Handtücher gestellt. Den einzigen Minuspunkt gibt es für den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Am Tag unserer Anreise wussten wir weder genaue Adresse noch wo wir den Schlüssel finden, doch wegen dem Telefonservice von Fewo konnten sie selbst Kontakt mit der Vermieterin herstellen und haben uns die Antworten weitergeleitet. Mit dem Auto ist marbella nicht weit, aber nach Malaga sind es schon um die 40 Minuten. Auto ist aufjedenfall notwendig. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!! reality and pictures of the house and pool are exactly the same! Wonderful place to stay in spain. A car is necessary for shopping and to get to marbella, malaga and the beach. The beach is not really crowded i think the name was something with cabello... But you need to stay in touch with the owner, because we texted her when we startet at the airport and didn't get any answers back. We didnt know the exactly adress and where to find the key. But after we called fewo they managed it for us and could reach the owner. It is perfekt for 6person and we would definitely recommend it!
