In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:
- Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
- Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill
100% of germs.
- Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
- Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in
between guests.
This modern, south west facing, ground floor apartment is superbly furnished to the highest standards and comes fully equipped with integrated air conditioning/central heating plus free fibre optic Internet access. On the new 32" Smart TV, people can watch their favourite series on Netflix, Amazon Prime or stream movies.There is also a full range of UK TV channels (BBC, ITV & Channels 4 & 5) as well as Spanish ones. Also, some German, Scandinavian & French channels plus others.
Consisting of a gated community for added security, there is a lift to this ground floor apartment from a private underground car park thus permitting easy access for those with young families or for the not so young.
Fully licenced (No. VFT/MA/10727) and compliant with all the Rules and Regulations governing rental properties in the Province of Andalucia, the Medical Kit (is in the bottom drawer in the TV unit), the Fire Extinguisher (is on the wall behind the kitchen door) and the Electronic Safe (is on the floor of the main bedroom wardrobe).
Being compliant, licenced and registered ensures guests can be fully assured their holidays will not be interrupted by visits from the Authorities as only non-compliant properties without an official registration number VFT/MA/XXXXX) are likely to be inspected without notice.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with magnificent exotic flowers & shrubs and 4 swimming pools (including one for children) all cascading into one another by means of an artificial river. The largest pool, which is the one nearest the apartment, has a jacuzzi and 4 fountains. Lifeguards are on duty in high season at all 4 pools which are open and cleaned on a year round basis.
The apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants & is beside the Port of Cabopino where one can dine overlooking the marina & luxury boats. Cabopino has 1,200m of beach with a variety of water sports, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful harbour, top class bars and restaurants serving Spanish, European, Italian, Indian and Chinese food to suit all tastes. A key feature of Cabopino is that, in the Plaza, parents can sit and relax outside the restaurants and bars while keeping a watchful eye on their children playing in the Plaza.
Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola are only a short drive away. With their major shopping malls, they provide retail therapy for those seeking a break from either sunbathing or golf.
So, whether one wants to stroll around the traditional cobbled streets of Marbella Old Town including Orange Square, visit the sophisticated, chic & bustling marina of Puerto Banus, relax on golden beaches close by or play a round of golf on the many award winning golf courses, this location is ideal.
Just some of the facilities nearby are a waterpark, zoo and crocodile park in Fuengirola. There is a breathtaking cable car ride in Benalmadena (one passes under it coming from the airport). Amazon Adventura with tree top adventures and 20+ zip lines is in Elveria. There is also a wildlife park (Selwo) in the direction of Estepona.
