Games room was a huge hit with the children and the pool was very welcomed in the 36 degrees heat! Huge garden meant lots of outdoor games too. "Hosts were very welcoming but also kept out of our way. The house and pool are beautiful and the location peaceful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our only comment was that the bedrooms were downstairs from the main living space and you had to go outside and round to get to them. This was fine for our family but may not suit with younger children. The house is very remote and a car is essential to get anywhere."

"We went with to adults 2 children and our dog! We had a great welcome by a lovely lady with a quiche and a bottle of wine. The house has a view over the lake.and is very nice! For your grocerys you have to drive 10 minutes... We enjoyed staying!"

"A lovely B&B where accommodation is reached via a very steep spiral staircase - not for the less mobile. Lovely room and bathroom. No dinner available and remarkably few places open on a Saturday without reservation so best to book ahead if possible. Great breakfast"

"A lovely relaxing stay on our journey down to the South. Our room was very spacious with a good shower room. All was clean and tidy. The host was great, very friendly and cooked us and other guests an excellent, tasty meal. We had a very good evening all chatting and enjoying the ambiance. A great nights sleep in very comfortable bed. The stay was completed with a plentiful breakfast. Thank you so much...we hope to see you again. "
