"You cannot beat this location for access to the beach. Our room was clean and there was a ton of towels available, so many that we left most untouched. We arrived late, and there was a friendly gentleman in the lobby waiting for us, but no other staff. He pointed us on our way. The parking was a little confusing because we could not find the entrance into the building to get to the elevator, but once we figured it out the first time, that’s it, parking was great because we were on the same floor...

"I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

"My wife and I stayed at this condo in late Oct 2024. It has an excellent view of the beach. It's very clean and well stocked. Elaine was great to work with. She responded to our questions very promptly and gave us detailed instructions on check-in/ check-out procedures. Elaine made us feel like she is very appreciative of her renters. Just prior to our trip Florida was hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Elaine kept us updated on the condition of the condo and Marco Island. ...

"This was our first time renting on the canal and it was awesome. We saw lots of fish, a few dolphin, a stingray, and several birds. The house worked out great for our trip. The house was clean, well equipped, and close to everything. We will be back."

"The place was nice, but it’s located in the beach area with NO beach stuff. Chairs, cooler, beach buggy where no where to be found. It was very frustrating to pay that amount of money with no beach supplies. We had to purchase the stuff and then give it all away when we left. It was a big expense that we should have not had to pay. We were also a little freaked out with the camera outside the door."
