Walking through Chécy and its washhouse, Combleux, an old fishing village. L’ATELIER is located in MARDIÉ in the perimeter of the Val de Loire UNESCO world heritage site. You will find some local shops (Bakery, Pharmacy, Grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. Shared swimming pool (8x4) heated and open from May to the end of September. This 90m² cottage, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is on one level.
It consists of 2 bedrooms - 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190 (beds made on arrival). Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) - Living room - Dining room - Shower room (walk-in shower) with WC.
Easy access for people with reduced mobility - Sliding bay window with maximum daylight.
At the front of the cottage, private parking to park your vehicle. At the back, you will enjoy a beautiful outdoor space: private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, as well as land shared with the owners with a shared swimming pool (L. 8mx W. 4m x D. 1.4m) heated and open from May to the end of September. Trampoline, swing, pétanque court and chicken coop are also available in the shared garden.
