"This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. "The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. "Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect specially the service. There was one small issue though, I know its a small thing but I don't know why the shampoo was empty in my room and my friend's but as I said that was not a big deal. Highly recommended "
