"There’s a public beach nearby (NOT a hotel beach) and the Hotel has a pool. The photo from the air is a bit misleading as it looks like the hotel has a beach with lounge chairs, which it does not. The bicycles, which Hotels.com lists as being free to use, are only free for one hour of use, which wasn’t enough for us—we needed more time to make using them feasible. On-site parking is good (but extremely tightly spaced). Room condition ok, and breakfast was fine. The town is very nice. "

"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"We booked this room online in a rush and never expected such a beautiful property and nice staff. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are not luxury by the USA standards but totally adequate and very clean. The view and private balcony was unique. We chose to have their set menu for diner both nights. Food was great and they made changes to accommodate our dietary choices. "

"This apartment has ample space for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable. "This is a modern hotel with rooms on the small side, but with excellent room soundproofing. It is just two blocks from the beach and a pleasant twenty-minute walk to the center of town. "Luca the owner was wonderful. He went out of his way to make our stay will one that we will always remember. His mother was wonderful. They made us feel as if we where staying with friends. They Drove us to the beaches and picked us up and then went out of there way to drive us to the ferry so we could take it back to the main land. Early in the morning. Outstanding. Did I mention the fresh eggs from their chickens. Staying here was outstanding"
