We told them we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on the last day, and they brought a selection of food to us the evening before without us even asking. "From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was.
