"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. For example, you have to pay 25 euros or. day to use the sun chairs at the beach which belongs to the hotel. "Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
