"Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole , la villa si trova a 2 passi dal mare , comodo e facilmente accessibile . Il personale molto disponibile gentile e cordiale . La stanza molto semplice ma pulita .. ottimo per chi vuole riposarsi. Inoltre la location si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto con l’auto si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti i lidi . "We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful ; in particular the lady who checked us in on arrival.The food was very good - we dined there in the 2 evenings we stayed & choices were good. I must comment on the plentiful selection of choices available at breakfast which included local specialities - delicious. The rooftop area with loungers of various types was lovely. We had a sea view room which was spacious and comfortable . Nice area to stay to visit here and other places on the coast down to Santa Maria de Leuca & inland."

"Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times to keep smoke out of our room.( We were told we couldn’t swap rooms ) Also worth noting that all the balconies were in the shade in the afternoon when we visited in late September. "

"We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"
