"We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions."

Das Haus sah von außen verboten aus - rund herum Unkraut und Müll !! Auf keinen Fall nochmal !!!!!"

"Every two weeks I travel to my property in Italy and Basle is the perfect midway point from Calais so to find the Carathotel in the perfect location just off the motorway with a large free car park is fantastic.Always friendly staff (even during Covid)large rooms with the very much appreciated bathtub.But as others have mentioned the breakfast choice and quality is my main reason for staying there. I think it offers incredible value for money also."

"The property appears a little dated but that may be its attraction for some. My room was on the top (second) floor but there is no lift and that’s awkward with luggage. Breakfast finished too early for me to take advantage of it. The en suite shower room was a very good, spacious room. The bed was adequate but not luxurious. I thought I’d booked a hotel in Switzerland but it turned out to be in Germany! Check out the border positions before you book.😁"
