"The hotel is large and can accommodate a big group. The room was adequate and comfortable. Occasional noise coming from the street and the smell of pedestrians’ cigarette smoke. The front desk was friendly. Overall, the hotel looks old and feels old but is adequate for a couple of days stay. "

"Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."

"It was good. The PIN code given to us initially was wrong and that was frustrating as we couldn’t get into the room. Thank god it was still working hours so we contacted the staff on telephone after a wait of 10minutes and got a new code immediately. Altogether it was a good place for the price. "

"Grand looking hotel in a great location opposite the main shopping area and an easy walk from the station and football museum. There is also a u-bahn station right opposite. Excellent value for money. Everything ok and worked fine. Just a few niggles.There were no English language TV channels, the bedroom smelled slightly of smoke and check in was slow as there was only one person. There was no aircon (i knew that) and the nights were quite hot. "
