"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch...

The house had a lovely homey feel to it and we would definitely go back to stay again. A lot of time and care has been put into the house. The only slight downside, is that there is only space for 3 cars to park on the property, as the neighbours are very funny about it and only three out of the five bedrooms had the double beds stated, but it worked fine for us. "We had a great one night at Sprowston Manor, the room was nice and the restaurant catered well.for my wife who is Celiac. Just a couple of negatives , the heating in the room (137) was making a banging noice which kept us awake until 3am and the room types don't macth what you book.
