"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

We were down to visit friends and family it was a perfect location to do this, and lovely to come home to relax after our days out. The beds are very comfortable, but at night we got a little hot. The property manager brought us some fans which helped a lot. Uber availability was very good and the average cost to go to Windsor Castle was about $16. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did, we sat outside . "Lovely cottage, full of charm, great location and only a stone throw from the Main Street with an abundance of independent shops including a butchers and cute deli. Communication from the host was good and check in was easy Thank you for the milk and cake which was a lovely surprise. Would not hesitate to book again. "
