Figuring out how to check-in by car was challenging, because there is hardly any room at the front office and finding the easy parking space belonging to the apartments was equally challenging. However, staff provided personalized help and addressed all needs. "

"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. "Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw.den von ihm Beauftragten. Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, stank nach Urin, WC war volluriniert. Einfach komplett ekelhaft. Er wollte die Schlüssel nicht zurücknehmen. Daher haben wir die Schlüssel innen hängen gelassen und zugezogen.Er schickte uns daraufhin eine Rechnung über 500Dollar. Insgesamt würde ich diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen."
