"Hotel had the wrong check-in date under my name. When I showed receptionist confirmation, proving the date I booked the room for, my family and I were treated as we were an inconvenience to them. As if this was completely our faults. When booking the room, it states that the A/C is included. The receptionist was doing us a “favor” by giving us the controller for the A/C as an apology for the inconvenience. Although the room was clean, there were issues with the bathroom.
