I would have loved this property if it had parking , elivator (4 th floor and carying bags up stairs). Bed's were good but very soft.

Ok. So the hotel rooms may be a bit tired and facilities lacking BUT an excellent value for money choice considering similar hotels in the area. Turkish breakfast buffet, fresh omelette or you could ask for full English etc. Definitely consider staying again if in area.

Nice, quiet hotel with its own beach and restaurant overlooking the water. Was not impressed by the food at dinner, but it may be due to the end of the season and things winding down. The only thing to be aware of is there is no elevator, so my elderly mom had an issue climbing the stairs to the fourth floor. Overall though, would choose this place again.

Leider war das Zimmer weder sauber noch gepflegt. Es war sehr heruntergekommen und überall war Dreck, insbesondere im Badezimmer waren diverse nicht identifizierbare braune Flecken an den Wänden. Das Hotel und die Zimmer haben unangenehm gerochen und bis 3 Uhr war aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht an schlafen zu denken und ab 6 Uhr war es wieder so laut das man wach wurde. Die Bilder bei der Buchung spiegeln das Hotel definitiv nicht wieder, sodass wir zuerst dachten wir wären im Flaschen Hotel gelandet.

Denize sıfır güzel bir otel

Odalar tahminimden büyük ve temiz, balkonunda büyük, deniz manzaralı oda çok iyiydi, çalışan arkadaşlar kibar, misafirperverdi. Denize sıfır olması çok iyi çevrede ki otellerin sahillerine göre sahili daha hoştu ve daha çok otel misafirleri içindi. Restoranı iyi idi yemekleri lezzetli sunum hoş manzarası güzel. Hem çocuk olup hem kafa dinleme için otel de restoranda uygundu. Havuz ve etrafın yeşil çiçek ve ağaçlı olması otantik idi. Bu oteli seçmiş olduğumuz için memnunuz. Fiyatı da belki sezon başı diye hizmete göre uygundu.

The hotel was way below my expectations in terms of quality and service. The rooms were quite old and needed renovation. However, given the price discount we got, this was not my main issue. My main problem was the reception behaviour. We checked in around 8:00 PM on 30th September for an unplanned stay in Marmaris. I noticed that the air conditioner does not work, the lady receptionist asked me to check that the window is locked and try again, so I told her that I will check it when we come back. So we came back around 12:30 and couldn't get it worked. We asked the new shift receptionist, Hüşno, to help us with that, he asked me to find Güney (very nice guy) to help us with it. Long story short, he couldn't fix it. Since the room was very warm and impossible to sleep in, I asked Hüşno if they have other rooms empty, he firmly said that they have no room available ( It was a lie). Then I asked for sister hotels that we could go to, he gave me the name of those hotels but rejected to refund. He claimed that AC is solely an extra option and we can open the window and sleep. Then he asked where I come from, I replied Sweden. Then he stated that I should be originally from middle east because I like to complain and make problems!!! I don't understand what requesting an AC for a warm room has to do with origins? He also threatened to call the police which we warmly welcomed. The issue only resolved when he learned my girlfriend's father is Turkish and he offered us another room!!

Beach was nice and serving staff in restaurant were pleasant. Managers of serving staff were unfortunately slightly unprofessional while speaking to staff members assuming guests don't know how to speak in Turkish. Overall it was a good hotel for the price paid. Rooms were nice and clean. Lack of parking was a slight issue but nothing major.

Asla asla kalmayın tam bir tuzak !!!

Bayram öncesi yoğunluktan dolayı rezervasyonuma 2000 tl ödedim . Ve kahvaltı dahil değil !!!! Ötele geldiğimde otelin oda kahvaltı fiyatının hotels . Com daki güncel fiyatının 418 tl olduğunu öğrendim . Ötele bunu belirttim ,ücret iademi yapmalarını konaklamak istemediğimizi belirttik fakat hiçbirşey yapmadılar.fırsatçı tutumlarını devam ettirdiler . Şuan vasatın çok altında bir otelde sırf ücret iademizi yapmadıkları için hapis tutuluyoruz

Worse than a backpackers hostel

It’s worse than a backpackers hostel. You have to run the taps for at least 10 mins to get warm water. The WiFi in the rooms does not work properly. The linen is scratchy and it was not changed in all the three nights that I stayed there The bartenders kept catcalling me and that made me uncomfortable because I was traveling alone. Most horrible hotel experience of my life. And really just disgusting. I would not recommend it. I would particularly not recommend it. The proximity to the beach doesn’t even redeem it because just about all the hotels are close to the beach anyway.

Good value hotel at a very good location

Hotel offers a great value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, location is very good and staff is vey friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel.
