Located in the heart of the Perigord Noir (15 km from Sarlat, 10 km from Les Eyzies, 5 km from Saint-Cyprien), Denise and Paul welcome you in their pleasant traditional stone villa. Very calm and without neighborhood, you will benefit from a modern villa of a great comfort and well arranged. There is also a heated pool with counter-current swimming, table football and ping-pong table.

Beautiful villa of standing, nestled in the middle of the oaks, and ideally located between the valley of the Dordogne and the valley of Vézère. Shops and many sights nearby. The villa of the Bernadoux offers a quality environment on a ground of 6000m2 with an exterior of character and a modern interior any comfort able to accomodate to 10 people.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
With a total area of ​​220 m², organized on 2 levels.
The Villa offers in the DRC:
It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchen / dining room, with a terrace and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Heating: individual gaz. Others: fireplace. composed of a games area with table football, lounge, dining room, and access to the front terrace and the covered patio.
The sitting area, with two sofas, coffee table, poufs, armchairs, and large LCD TV connected with home theater and Blu-ray player.
The full opening sliding doors open onto the covered front terrace with large table and plancha.
Accessible full foot, a large double room offers a bed in 140 cm, bedside tables, storage cabinet, LCD TV. Glazed doors to the patio.
It benefits from its bathroom with basin and shower entirely tiled.
Independent toilets complete the RDC.
The other rooms are on the first floor with:
- A large double room (bed 160 cm) air-conditioned, tidying up and LCD TV.
- A second large double bedroom (bed 140 cm and bed in 90 cm), with small lounge LCD TV and wardrobe.
- A third double bedroom (bed 140 cm), with LCD TV and wardrobe.
- A fourth small single room (bed in 90cm) with wardrobe and numerous tidying up.
They share a large bathroom with balneotherapy bath, shower and basin.
Independent toilets complete the floor.

Private heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming pool, solarium on high terrace equipped with deckchairs and superb view on the valley. The swimming pool is secured with double door opening, ideal for an optimum security of the smallest.

Excellent accommodation with more that adequate facilities for our family stay with a sparkling swimming pool and it's power pump. The pool might look small but with the power pump you can try an Olympic work out.😊 Good location for visiting the many Medieval towns and tourist attractions on the Dordogne river with supermarkets and boulangerie with in a 5 minute drive of the property. Paul and Denise are very welcoming hosts and even provided fruit from the property and homemade cake. during our stay.

Out of this world property
We really cannot fault this property and the service from Paul and Denise. We received a warm welcome and were given a guided tour of the property and all its features. The house is truly immaculate and finished to the highest standard. A perfect location for exploring the Dordogne region, the local town of St Cyprien is just 5 minutes away by car. If you don’t want to venture out, the property had lots to keep you entertained, from the outdoor table tennis to the pool and the table football. We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful region of France and will definitely be back.

Best holiday villa we have ever stayed in a tribute to Paul and Denise a beautiful home with everything you could need for a relaxing time . Nothing is too much trouble for them you just need to ask although English is not their second language maybe not even the fifth As other people have said it really is better than the pictures We stayed for a fortnight in May and the weather was really good 8 adults the first week and no problems at all Denise left a welcoming pack for us and we arrived late evening but they were still there to greet us Thanks again both of you for making our holiday special We are looking at dates to book again next year This is a fabulous base to go out and see the beau villages of the dordogne Wishing you every success in the future Frank and Rita Farleigh and friends

After multiple holidays in France staying in many different villas this is by far the best we have experienced. It is of exceptional quality in an excellent location. Fantastic
We stayed in this incredible property in May 2018. The house itself is very comfortable with ample outdoor seating space including a great lounging area overlooking the pool. The location is perfect, just a short drive to some sightseeing favourites. We went to Chateau Monbazillac for some wine tasting and to Rocamadour, both around an hour drive away. The owners were welcoming and helpful, they gave a thorough tour of the property and offered us some of their home made Foie Gras. The property was well big enough for our party of 6, with plenty of social areas and enough space for privacy. Would go again!

Grande maison bien équipée pour 8 personnes
Nous avons loué la maison de Paul 1 semaine entre amis (8 adultes + 1 bébé) et avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison était irréprochable niveau propreté et très bien équipée (draps, serviettes de bains, produits de première nécessité pour l'arrivée, grand frigo, machine à laver, café etc). Equipement bébé sur demande. Les équipements sont très biens pour un groupe de 8, il ne manquait rien (peut-être un couteau de cuisine qui coupe mieux pour nous qui adorons cuisiner) L'extérieur est très agréable: grande table pour manger, barbecue/plancha, 6 transats pour profiter de la terrasse ombragée par les chêne et la piscine. Je recommande la maison sans réserve. L'arrivée "officielle" se fait à partir de 18h (un peu tard) mais Paul nous a prévenu comme convenu à 14h de l'heure à laquelle nous pouvions arrivée (16h finalement, c'était parfait). Communication facile avec Paul en amont et sur place

En voyage en famille pour quelques jours dans le Périgord noir, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement pas les propriétaires dans cette superbe maison, qui a tout pour plaire. Au calme, d'une propreté impeccable, très bien équipée, proche de nombreux sites touristiques d'intérêt. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai si je retourne dans la région.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. La maison est propre , confortable,très jolie comme sur les photos,et bien équipée.L'environnement est calme et la piscine a été très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. Prima verblijf in rustig gelegen huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien.
De woning is zeer net en de eigenaren doen er ook van alles aan om dat zo te houden. Er zijn in totaal 4 slaapkamers waar iets van 9 mensen zouden kunnen slapen. De woonkamer is prima met lekkere banken. Er is aan entertainment gedacht in de vorm van tafelvoetbalspel, tafeltennistafel, een basketbalcourtje en een zwembad. Ook de wifi doet het trouwens prima, ruim voldoende om te streamen. De keuken is compleet (inductie) en er is een grote amerikaanse koelkast in de bijkeuken. Buiten is het zwembad wat niet supergroot is maar wel lekker. Er is ook een zonneterras waarbij je leuk een beetje over de vallei uit kijkt. Als het midner weer is is er ook nog een serre waar je dan lekker in kunt zitten. Al met al prima vakantie gehad.

Une magnifique villa dans un village paisible en Dordogne
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Paul et Denise. Tout d'abord, ce sont des hôtes très amicaux et accueillants. Ensuite, la villa à la prise des clés était parfaite, très propre. C'est très bien équipé, pour tous les âges. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement les petits détails qui font toute la différence comme les savons pour les mains dans toutes les salles d'eau, le petit marche-pied à disposition pour que les enfants puissent utiliser les robinets seuls, les lits déja faits à l'arrivée... Nous recommandons la villa de Paul et Denise à Marnac à tout ceux qui veulent passer un séjour relaxant, tout en étant proche de toutes les attractions qui font de la Dordogne une destination de vacances si spéciale. Parfait !
Excellent séjour en famille ! Une très jolie maison vaste et très bien équipée. Une piscine chauffée dotée d’un solarium. Cette demeure est idéalement située à 300 mètres de la Dordogne et proche des points d’interêt de la région. Un grand merci à Denise et Paul pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ! Le logement correspond en tous points aux photos de l’annonce : luxueux, spacieux, décoré et aménagé avec goût, en parfait état de propreté. Des propriétaires très chaleureux et disponibles.
