Tolle, moderne Unterkunft mit nettem, gut erreichbarem Vermieter und problemlosem Check-In. Im Oktober ist in der Umgebung der Villa nicht mehr viel los. Perfekt für Wanderungen, Sport und um einfach einmal abzuschalten. Die Vermietung ist immer gut per Mail erreichbar und gibt gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Achtung jedoch bei der Tourismus-Steuer, die vor Ort bezahlt werden muss: Expedia gibt hier 50ct pro Person und Nacht an. Die Vermietung schickt separat einen Hinweis, dass 1,50€ pro Person und Nacht zu zahlen sind. Bei Fragen dazu erhält man keine Rückmeldung, sodass wir nur die 50ct gezahlt haben. Das schein in Ordnung gewesen zu sein und wurde akzeptiert. Hiervon würde ich mich aber nicht beirren lassen und jederzeit gerne wieder dort buchen, da die Villa mit samt der Aussicht einfach traumhaft ist.

Tout est parfait équipement, emplacement super et esthétique recherchée. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le matelas à ressorts qui mériterait d’être changé, car relativement inconfortable. L’annonce devrait indiquer que la voie ferrée est juste à côté ce qui occasionne du bruit dès 6 h 15 du matin. Ce n’est pas vraiment gênant mais il est dommage que l’information ne soit pas donnée.

Einmalige Aussicht und Architektur. Hochwertige Möblierung. Sehr, sehr sauber. Privater Seezugang. Lage an einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke (mit einem Gleis). Bei der Unterkunft im 1. Stock ist eine riesige Terrasse mit seeblick - welche auch von der Dachgeschosswohnung genutzt werden kann - und in der Beschreibung garnicht so wahrgenommen, aber gerne genutzt wurde. Kleine Tipps zur Verbesserung: Ganzkörperspiegel in den Schlafzimmer, Fön, mehr Klopapier (als eine Rolle), kleine Tischlampe im Wohnbereich für ein gemütlicheres Licht abends. Super Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit umfassenden Informationen und Online Check-In.

Beautiful apartment with stunning view
Really beautiful and peaceful place and super clean apartment with stunning view. The property's own beach area was a fantastic bonus. Good location to explore other villages as well and good restoraunt is nearby too. The only little minus was the train track really near the house but the train didn't pass by very often. We will definitely come again some day

Très belle villa moderne agrémentée d’un long jardin d’oliviers, elle est divisée en plusieurs appartements avec code d’accès individuels. Nous avons logé au 1er étage, avec une belle terrasse sur le côté et une vue panoramique sur le lac depuis le séjour/cuisine. Très bien équipé, climatisé, et facile d’accès (en voiture), l’appartement est très calme malgré une rue très passante. À recommander pour des vacances calmes ou sportives.
