The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip.

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. We liked the breakfasts and the snack bar food too - the latter a great option if you don’t want the buffet. We did have some issues - the evening entertainment was sometimes quite poor, very loud and you can’t really escape it because of the setup of the hotel and its bars. It would be improved if the sports bar had outdoor seating as it is away from the entertainment! The staff serving drinks at the snack bar in particular weren’t that helpful - I think they were undermined by how difficult it seemed to pour beers (though Mustafa in the Sports Bar was fantastic). The water from the air to water machines also tasted slightly dodgy at times. But overall we enjoyed and would recommend for a week’s stay in the sun - it was really good value for what we got!

Food was excellent, varied and with a mix of local and international cuisines. Property was clean and well maintained throughout. Free shuttle service to Marrakesh, about 25 minutes or so, was excellent and an easy way to see the city. Staff are hit and miss, some are great and very friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. Some are overly formal, blunt in some cases and unhelpful. On bars and towards end of meal times staff were short so getting some things could be slow. Cutlery for instance, or coffee at breakfast. Pool bar is great, but for some reason only ever has 1 member of staff which causes very slow service at busier times. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend for the all inclusive relaxation with an opportunity to visit Marrakesh should you want to.
