service at reception slow, no information at all about how to use the different services around, no one told us that only one elevator go to the garage, makes us lost and confused how to find our way from and to the garage. no one told us that the elevator does not work if we don’t use our room key. the safe is really not safe , I could easily put the safe and what is inside in my suit case and leave, it is not fixed to any wall.

Great place, everything works in the room, clean bed, room is recently renovated. Had kettle and coffee machine. Pool is also refreshing during hot time. Could be improved: pool hours are short. When arriving at the hotel,the reception was very slow, or maybe their system is very slow. The depisit is quite high. So make sure you read the small print before booking. They are also very slow to replying to emails prior the stay. However i would still rate it as excellent due to the cleanliness, politeness of staff and quick room service.
