All the staff were so helpful. They took their time showing us the hotel and explaining the area to us. We loved the service on the rooftop with the cooling pools.

A beautiful, calm place to stay. Close to the medina centre and quiet. The roof terrace was a great place to relax after being in the busy city.

Roof top area and pool really good. Staff friendly and attentive. Room service overlooked. Sadly the beds were like concrete slabs and we hardly slept all week. For this reason alone we cannot return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself is a bit dated. We had a shower clog, but they fixed it immediately. Bathrooms could be updated.

Beautiful place to stay, you almost forget you are staying in the middle of Medina. Decoration is stylish, beautiful terrace with a small pool to relax, very friendly personnel. I would come back for sure.
