Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The interior of the cabin was clean and well stocked, the pool, pickle ball court and playgrounds were all within walking distance and the Wolf Laurel staff were very kind and helpful. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. There were a few cons: We had to contact the property manager to get the grass cut because it was taller than our dog, the renter has to take the garbage to a station about 10 minutes away and the tree limbs on the driveway to the garage should be cut back, they rubbed against my truck when going up. We loved the area and would stay here again.

Enjoyable visit!
Overall; our group of 10 ladies enjoyed this property. Plenty of space for gathering to chat & laugh, play games, enjoy a bonfire. I would stay here again. We never used the pool because it was a little bit of a walk with a steep incline between house and pool. Could have driven, but didn’t. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. We had a little problem with the jacuzzi during our visit & the maintenance guy was very prompt, helpful & pleasant. Some suggestions: 1. Include a binder with house directions and the garbage disposal cards that are referenced in the check-in email. The “missing binder” during our visit has apparently been missing for some time, as this issue has been mentioned by previous reviewers. 2. Include information about providing minimal soap and toilet paper “to get us started” in your check-in email. Yes, that information is included in the house listing. However, this client rented the property many months in advance. The listing on VRBO is what I use to determine if it meets my needs as a renter - it’s an advertisement for the property. Once I’ve followed through on renting, I go by check-in communications and don’t look book at the house listing. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but it certainly would have helped to have had it in the check-in/stay instructions, as I would have brought that stuff from home. 3. The bottom-most floor is a little musty-smelling. A dehumidifier would really benefit the space.

Lovely getaway with all the needed essentials
Family of 5 had tons of room to space out, giving kids one level and parents another. Well-equipped kitchen made meals a breeze. Hot tub and firepit were great touches to unwind after a day in the mountains or site seeing. Communication was just right- not too frequent, not too little. Will book again.

Memories at the Treehouse Hideaway
Amazing house, amenities, and team! My family of 5, our dog, and our friend's family of 4 stayed comfortably with more than enough room. The house was PERFECT in every way! It included a downstairs area where our older kids could hang out and sleep, a fire-pit that kept everyone entertained, a hot tub that was enjoyed by both the adults and kids, a large kitchen where we prepped and cooked most meals, a dining area and bar that sat all of us, a cozy living area to relax, a plethora of games to choose from, tennis rackets that we used at the community center just a short walk away, and a fenced in upper porch/patio that contained our younger kids and dog! Additionally, the house was super clean and well-stocked! The communication between the host and Pristine Vacation Rentals was awesome! Detailed information was sent out multiple times leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, we discovered a few light bulbs out and within an hour, maintenance was there fixing them! Everyone we encountered was super friendly! We hope to make more memories at the Treehouse Hideaway in the future. Highly recommend to all!

Girls Trip!
We had eight guests stay overnight in the "Treehouse". The house was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room and plenty of space (bedrooms and bathrooms) for everyone to spread out! We also made a quick trip into Asheville which was great fun. Highly recommend this Vrbo home!

Incorrect instructions re trash and lots of spiders
The instructions were inaccurate regarding throwing away garbage. An old man met us at the receptacle site and said the place has its own trash and them and another cabin place tell people to go there but without a card we can't dump. And that we needed to go back, so we couldn't dump the trash. And there were lots of big spiders all throughout the house. I realize it's the mountains but the property may need to be sprayed? The light outside at the bottom of the cabin was almost impossible to find to turn on so that we could enjoy the hottub. The other road leading to the main level (top) was very steep and was a safety concern to utilize.
