"My initial disappointment re room was taken care by Hani the duty manager and made the rest of my stay very pleasant. The hotel and facilities was very good but away from Marsa Alam or Port Ghalib…It would be a good if the hotel provided a shuttle service once a day for guests, even for a small fee. ..."
