"We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much...

"We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay. "
