The rooms are beautiful and the transportation is super accessible. Metro tram bus are just behind the building. In addition, there are many options of restaurants close the hotel.

Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it.

Pros: Nice decor Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Just across the tram. Good service and air conditioned. Small supermarket just 3 minutes away. Cons: No serviced room. I needed to take out my own trash. I needed to get towels at the reception desk. 300€ deposit. 2 days after check out I’m still waiting to get it back. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!! I prepaid for this room. Room price was $115. They just charged my wife $400 on her card!!! They are saying the monies quoted my Hotels.com are inaccurate and they “adjusted” to market price after the fact. Terrible hotel, terrible service and not scamming us!!

Sehr schönes, stylisches und sauberes Hotel, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, man ist schnell in der Stadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, Trinkwasserspender im Hotel, Gym ist mit ein paar Cardio-Geräten und Hanteln ausgestattet, kleiner angenehmer Spa Bereich (Gym und Spa schließen leider um 20:00 Uhr). Durchgehende Geräuschkulisse von großen Straßen und Industrie-/Fährhafen. Ausblick auf Meer, Hafen und Richtung Stadt vom richtigen Zimmer im obersten Stock aus noch möglich (wir hatten Glück), es wird aber aktuell noch ein Hochhaus gebaut, dann ist die Sicht wahrscheinlich eingeschränkter. Die angekündigte tägliche kleine und 1x große Zimmerreinigung hat nicht stattgefunden (in 6 Nächten keine Reinigung, kein Handtuch-/Bettwäschewechsel).

Limited breakfast availability. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served the worst quality food I encountered in my traveling experience: low quality watered down eggs, unpleasant sausage, water down coffee. It was expensive and abysmal. Most of the staff has basic english speaking skills so it was a challenge to communicate, get accurate directions, etc.

Odalys City Marseille Euromed : idéal pour les pr

Un excellent choix pour mes déplacements professionnels à Marseille. Le studio est beau, avec une vue panoramique sur le port. L’établissement offre de belles prestations : salle de sport, piscine intérieure, hammam et sauna. De nombreux restaurants sont disponibles à proximité pour le dîner, et l’accès à la gare Saint-Charles est très rapide (4 minutes en TER). Mention spéciale au personnel du front office pour son accueil personnalisé, son sourire et son efficacité. Une amélioration possible ? Trouver un accord sur un tarif corporate pour optimiser encore plus l’expérience client ! Je reviens très vite....
