Downtown Apartment #2 On the Town Square

The Downtown Apartments are located on the old town square in Marshall, Arkansas and have amazing views of the Ozark Mountains behind the historic Searcy County Courthouse. An iron, spiral staircase leads to the balcony where you will enjoy a bird's eye view of the courthouse and the sleepy town square.

Newly remodeled apartment hidden above the town square, located right in the heart of Marshall. Smart TV in the living area and 200 mbps wifi provided. There are 3 apartments that share an entryway and balcony. This apartment and another (apt #1) share a foyer/hallway, balcony, and entryway. All apartments are private. The 3 apartments together provide 5 private bedrooms and sleep a total of 17 people. Apartment #3 should be available by summer 2020!

25th Anniversary Family Trip
We loved the comfort of home away from home. Somewhere we could cook, eat as a family and relax as a family. The spiral stairs are beautiful but a little tricky to get coolers and big items up and down. I would stay here again on future trips.
