The Space:
Bundaleer Tiny House is a quaint, farm stay in the town of Martindale. Located an hour's drive from the stunning riverside town of Singleton, which sits on the northern edge of the Hunter Valley wine region. The tiny house has its own private paddock with the scenery of a dam and mountain views.
Here, you can explore the surrounding areas like Denman, a tourist destination located 10 minutes away, Yengo National Park, Wollemi National Park, and Hunter Valley Wildlife Park.
A comfortable 190-square-foot accommodation with a queen-sized bed in the loft and a couch on the ground floor, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. Set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland in Martindale.
It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Bundaleer Tiny House 2" that sits on the same properly. The Tiny houses are 300 meters away from each other with 2 hills in between. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the 70 acres of property and the tiny house but not enter the main house area or paddocks which will be separated by a fence. Guests will be able to see natural wildlife including kangaroos, birds, and have access to feed the Black Angus Cattle who also frequent the paddock and dam.
Guests will have access to the paddock the Tiny Home is located on. The paddock is approximately 60 acres.

Bundaleer Tiny House is located in the town of Martindale, just an hour’s drive from the town of Singleton. Staying in our rural, countryside stay offers visitors a plethora of experiences, from exploring heritage sites to indulging in local cuisine. Moreover, the proximity to the acclaimed Hunter Valley wine region allows guests to embark on unforgettable wine-tasting tours, visiting renowned vineyards and cellar doors of the area.
If you're a wine lover, you'll be happy to know that there are some great wineries located just 15 minutes away from the property. Two Rivers Winery, Small Forest Winery, and Hollydene Estate Wines are all worth a visit. And if you're feeling hungry, The Royal Hotel and The Denman Hotel are two great places to grab a bite to eat.
Our local recommendations:
- Wollemi National Park offers a dramatic setting for scenic walks, drives, wildlife spotting, canoeing, and camping, just a few hours north-west of Sydney.
- Denman is a great place to explore with food and wineries. The local town has 2 fantastic pubs, an IGA, a general store, a service station, and specialty stores.
- Hunter Valley Wildlife Park has acres of both Australian and exotic animals. You can hand-feed animals and enjoy daily shows that allow you to pat a wombat or even cuddle up to a koala.
- Yengo National Park has spectacular views, remote wilderness, and unique Aboriginal cultural heritage. There's an abundance of Aboriginal sacred sites and rock engravings to discover.

- Wifi is not available
- We have 3 beautiful white ponies on the property for our guests to feed . You can bring your own apples , carrots etc to feed them.
- Weber BBQ Grill is available
- Firewood is available for an additional cost of $15.
- Bottled water is available for an additional cost of $2/bottle
- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- Pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $10 per pet per stay,
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please note that pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Mobile reception has no signals for all telco companies.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- All rubbish will need to be removed by the guests. This includes all food scraps and bottles. There is nowhere for guests to leave rubbish at the property.
Important note:
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
