"Beautiful landscaped property with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax which was key for a large group aged 6-78!! Owners were extremely prompt and attentive to addressing any issues and answering any questions. Great location for Dayton and Cincinnati attractions. A heads up there is a sunken living room (2 steps down) and a sunken primary suite (2 steps down to the bed and 2 steps up to access the bathroom) which is key to know for any mobility issues. "All the staff from check in to check out were all very helpful and very nice. It was the best Hampton I have stayed in. Very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room with 2 queen beds,and the room was nice and large. Has at least 55" TV, refrigerator, and storage bins. Breakfast was included in room price, and had many varieties of food. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. The only noise element was from the upstairs. When anybody flushed toilet, you could hear a awful noise, but it didn;t last long! My sister also stayed there, and her room was nice, but they had a standard king, and their room seemed half the size of ours, and the TV placement was to the side of bed instead of front of bed. They didn;t like that, but didn;t say anything. Other than that. Excellent hotel"

"We gave the Wilmington Inn a 5 star rating due to the room being clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with. The hotel is walking distance to nice restaurants. We felt safe at the location. That has not always been the case in some hotels we have stayed. "
