"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."

"We loved our stay here! Noreen's spot was clean, cosy and in the perfect location. A little tricky if you have a lot of luggage due to the stairs and distance from pullover spot, but worth it for the incredible view. Noreen provided plenty of useful instructions for accessing the building, car parking and taking out the bins. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Noreen!"

"This was our second stay at the Carthouse and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The accomodation is ideal, with lots of space and room to relax, especially after long walks! The wine and chocolate was a lovely touch. Hope to return again!"

"I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's...

"Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. "Lovely looking place in a beautiful location. We like to walk and found the walk to Pembroke castle very nice, even though it was a very windy day. The pool and sauna are very nice, unable to get a massage ( fully booked) maybe next time. The lane in and out is not lit and very dark, so walking to the pub was an adventure.maybe some kind of solar lighting would make it a more pedestrian friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Lovely place with lovely staff."
