"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! "The place was beautiful! I felt very safe walking around at night, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome, every night of our stay we had a drink with our feet in the pool. It was lovely!"

"Had a wonderful stay here for 6 nights. The hotel presents really well, and the room was very comfortable. A little bit of construction happening around it, and some noise at night, but that is to be expected in Bali. Water pressure is a little low, but not a big issue. Despite the few minor negatives (if you could call them that) stated above, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a mid-level accommodation in Canggu, and would return to stay here again."

"The service is just horrible. They dont really speak English or understand very well. When we arrived there was noone at the hotel for 10 minutes and we just waited. They had forgotten we were coming, so they started argueing with each others, but none of them spoke to us or provided service for check in. They forgot roomservice one or more days. "The Eden House was an incredible oasis minutes from.the busy shopping area, with a literal.walk into a peaceful, personalized haven. The Buddist feel and decor, both sophicated and warm, was paired with homemade breakfasts and a hands-on owner. I wouldbot have stayed anywhere else!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "Wonderful staff. Always ready to help. The property itself is okay and it’s not expensive but it’s let down by some of the details being missed. Dirty bird droppings not cleaned off walls, black mould in the shower, very discolored bathroom towels. Rough finishing/workmanship, cheap furnishings. "Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. "The people working at and managing at The Light are really lovely and everyone is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The breakfast is really excellent, the units very clean and well-designed. The property is well-locared in Seminyak. Our only criticism is that the property is becoming a little tired and dated. "

"Over our stay was very enjoyable. This is a lovely family resort. Staff and everyone working at the resort were very friendly and always smiling which I absolutely loved. Very clean and big resort. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Our rooms were very clean and spacious only issues was the T.V and WIFI played up but it didn't stop us from having a lot of fun resort did compensate us.. Huge range of drinks but felt it was a bit diluted even kids fresh fruit juices. Pool was a lot of fun and those huge koi fishes in the pinss were so beautiful.Besides these minor things overall I would definitely come back to Bali Dynasty. We went in September so it was nice and not over crowded. Walking distance to markets, Spa"s , restaurants, DM and lots more. The highlight of Bali Dynasty was their staff, God bless each one of you. "

"From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special! Being upgraded to a better suite for our 38th anniversary was beyond generous, and the views were absolutely AMAZING. This retreat was the perfect blend of art, nature, and peaceful reflection. Every day started with a breathtaking sunrise at breakfast and ended with the most beautiful, jaw-dropping sunset at dinner. We even experienced a small earthquake and were treated to a delightful visit from a family of monkeys! The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs, making the experience even more memorable. The local walk through the rice fields was definitely a highlight — a magical moment we’ll never forget. We’re so thankful for this incredible getaway!"

"What an amazing place to stay. This hotel is huge and the grounds are beautiful. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. I loved the private beach. It was clean and everything I’d hoped for. There are so many good things to say about this hotel. Room was lovely. Pools were clean and we always got sun beds around them. Towels were provided. I would definitely stay here again. "
