"Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."

We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient.
