"The experience was top-tier. It was beautiful and the location really made a difference. I recommend booking here every time you visit Detroit. The only downfall was the parking due to the events, but other than that, it was amazing! "
Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy Gabriel Richard Apartments Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the location, right next to people mover- parking was not easy- they recommend a nearby lot but can be over crowded , no local walkable breakfast but I believe they were in process of opening one next door. There was usually a friendly staff member near front door. Great view of city ! Kitchenette was a bonus but they may wish to buy some newer pots/ pans as they were pretty beat up. Would definitely stay there again so overall good experience. One downfall was the 3 am fire alarm . I can’t do stairs and had to go down 9 flights of stairs . Everyone was unsure if it was a real fire alarm or not because it only went off once but there was no way to check with anyone at front desk and they had no way to communicate with guests ( no intercom or telephone service etc) . We all went down to find out it was due to workers next door working and not real."
