"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

Central hotel with free breakfast

"This hotel is very close to the train station and very central to the walls. The staff were particularly lovely. The hotel could do with some updating. The breakfast was varied but the doughnuts were a bit stale. I particularly enjoyed sweets at breakfast. The shower was small and we kept knocking it off, also the shower needed updating. Room was a large size and bed massive an clean."

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. "A smiling friendly welcome, spotlessly clean large room with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent big shower. What more do you need. Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. "Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
