Masía Rural Totalmente Reformada con Piscina Privada y a 15 Minutos de la Playa

Casa rural de 450m2 edificados con 2000 metros cuadrados de terreno totalmente vallado con acceso asfaltado hasta la misma puerta ,Una magnifica piscina privada, gran barbacoa para disfrutar de los mejores asados y carnes de la zona, Una cocina totalmente equipada con barbacoa, dos neveras , microondas ,horno etc. Adyacente a la cocina encontramos un inmenso comedor que conserva una preciosa bóveda del siglo XVIII donde podrán disfrutar de unas comidas extraordinarias en un sitio único y muy acogedor , continuando en la planta inferior tenemos una gran sala con butacas para tener momentos de tranquilidad, también contamos en esta planta de una gran habitación con sala de televisión, sofás y espacio de biblioteca, al lado encontramos otra sala con zona de juegos como futbolín , dardos y juegos para los mas pequeños y en las ultimas habitaciones de esta planta tenemos la zona de lavadora y armario con sabanas artículos de limpieza y un baño completo con ducha e inodoro y aseo .En la planta superior de la casa hay 5 habitaciones suites muy amplias todas ellas con baño propio en la misma habitación, en la zona central de la planta hay una sala de 20 metros cuadrados que hace de recibidor donde podrían acomodarse mas camas supletorias. En la zona exterior de la casa hay un terreno con todo tipo de actividades (campo de futbol ,baloncesto, ping pong etc ), También hay un gran espacio fuera con jardín para disfrutar de maravillosas vistas de las montañas del Montseny por el norte y la sierra del Montnegre por el sur, que ya comunica con el mar mediterráneo. A nivel de ubicación la casa esta en un lugar inmejorable puesto que tiene la playas de la costa brava a 10 minutos en coche, la ciudad de Girona a 30 km y la ciudad de Barcelona a 65 kilómetros, todo ello muy bien comunicado tanto a nivel viario como ferroviario.
El entorno de la casa es magnífico para practicar senderismo, rutas guiadas de trekking , hacer actividades a la naturaleza, salidas en bicicleta hasta parajes de la zona como castillos de gran valor arquitectónico ,senderos de mucha belleza que se encuentran a poca distancia de la casa

Espai exterior inmillorable
En realidad estuvo todo bien Quizás las camas , los vasos y algun ventilador deberia renovarse, pero por lo demás todo bien, sobretodo el espacio exterior y el aire condicionado.
