"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯."

"I was very happy in this hotel and was well looked after. It’s very clean and modern with good breakfasts. It’s a few minutes walk from the railway station and 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of town with endless choices for food and drink. I will happily stay in this hotel again."
