"There is no one in the hotel to greet you and when checking out. Two days in a row there was no hot water in morning to shower!!"

The glass of ice tea at check in and gift basket in the room were a very nice welcoming touch. I would have loved to check out one of the bikes to explore the area. The dinner and breakfast at the on site restaurant were wonderful! Next time I will stay longer. The only thing I would have done different was the transportantion to the property....

"Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. "Nektarios is a wonderful host for his hotel! He was available to check us in super late (thanks to the late ferry from Kos) and had fresh fruit, water, and wine waiting for us. "Really nice hotel, lots to do, really nice on site restaurants, meat ting had the best burger i have ever had, osteria had a really nice vibe, food and staff were exceptional. Really nice swimming pools, the private beach was really nice with free rings and floats to use, even though a large resort was peaceful and nice loved our stay thank you."
